Heat is the best way to loosen Loctitie. Alcohol, Acetone or MEK might work to varrying degrees depending on what type (There actually is over 100) of Loctite it is.

You might try applying an electric wood buring tool or soldering iron to the heads of the screws to generate enough heat to loosen the Loctite.
